Recipe: 5-Minute Breakfast Fruit ‘Pizza’

Why not jazz up your morning breakfast routine with some fruit pizza? Use a whole-grain English muffin for fiber, and to help you feel full, add plenty of toppings of fruit and fat-free cream cheese for delicious flavor and plenty of vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-grain English muffin
  • 2 tbsp whipped fat-free strawberry cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red grapes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

  1. Toast English muffin.
  2. Spread with cream cheese.
  3. Top with fruit as desired.
